Do not put your embosser in the dishwasher. Instead, hand wash in warm soapy water. I also recommend you wash the product before your first use to remove any dust from production.

For the best results when using embossers:

First, roll your fondant icing (slightly ticker than normal). Make sure you allow for a slight compression when you apply the embosser.
Dust the top of your fondant and embosser with icing sugar to prevent them sticking.
Thirdly, lay the embosser face up on a flat surface and position the fondant icing over the top. Using a rolling pin, roll over the top of the embosser and apply a good amount of pressure, working the fondant into the raised design. Do this in one swift hard roll for the best possible result.
Finally, use a soft brush to remove any excess icing sugar from the fondant. Smoothing any imperfections with the tip of your finger (in a circular motion to smooth out the fondant).
