Based on communication and photos from you, we may decide to issue the full refund
WITHOUT requiring the item to be shipped back, avoiding the cost of return shipping for either of us.
IF RETURN SHIPPING IS AUTHORIZED:
If the return is due to an undeclared defect that existed when we shipped, listing discrepancy or other problem that is our fault, we will pay return shipping for the item.
Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance and must return item(s) in their entirety and in undamaged condition.

To keep costs as low as possible - items up to 15 oz. (within USA) are priced with
USPS First Class by default.
We usually have several shipping options available. Ebay does not list the lowest one first! Make sure to check the
SHIPPING TAB to see if there are cheaper options available..
USPS First Class has been very reliable in spite of recent Covid backlogs and seasonal volume issues and we have never had a package lost with this method.
Recent changes by USPS
have resulted in some delays of up to a few days from the normal delivery time estimated by Ebay for
USPS First Class.
