This is an ALL BLACK (inside and out) head band. Gray is shown to provide better texture differentiation. You can do many activities (such as jogging, yoga, meditating, sleeping) with the slim speakers built into the slim head band. It will connect to you device via Bluetooth to play your favorite tunes. Comes with a magnetic cable to allow you to plug this in overnight while you are sleeping incase you want to do a night long meditative musical and do not want to run out of battery.
