This Perfect Effect PE DX06 Beast Gorira is a slightly stylised version of Optimal Optimus from season 3 of Transformers: Beast Wars. It has beautiful paint (especially the blue and red) and loads of shelf presence. 

This figure is complete with box, plastic tray, and gun. There are no instructions (they were missing when I got it) but you can find video instructions on YT. As far as I can tell, his condition is as-new and his poseability is great
