I ship photos in a standard light weight 8.5x11 Envelope, Stamped PHOTO on front and back in which 99% of times there is not a problem.

If U require a hard envelope, the shipping cost is $4.50 

I am not responsible for the U.S. Postage damage. You need to contact your postmaster to let them know you have a postal carrier problem.

I will however reprint your picture, but you will have to pay the postage fee.  Contact me before ordering if you want a hard mailer.
