These vintage posters have a unique history, having been stored in a basement for over three decades. They were originally owned by an employee at the printing company where they were produced and are actual samples from that time. As such, each poster bears the distinct character of being a genuine print shop sample, often double-sided and stapled together, sometimes including the poster number which may obscure the artist's signature, if present.
Please note, due to their long-term storage conditions, there is a noticeable musty odor, which, while it has lessened since their discovery, still remains to a degree. There is also visible discoloration, mildew, and potential damage such as small tears, predominantly around the borders of the posters.
We have made an attempt to restore one of these posters ourselves, but it became clear that this task requires a specialist's touch. After consulting with knowledgeable individuals in the poster community, we have decided to offer these posters in their current 'as is' condition, leaving restoration to the discretion of the buyer.

The majority of the damage is around the edges and would likely be concealed once the poster is framed. However, we strongly urge you to review all the photos we have provided, which aim to document any areas of damage, as these form an integral part of this description and should guide your purchase decision.
Be aware that during shipping, the posters will be rolled and confined within a sturdy shipping tube, which may cause the musty smell to be more concentrated when first opened.
