Moisture Range: 1-10 ( 3 colors coded range scales )
1-3 DRY ( red for dry )
4-7 NOR ( green for moist )
8-10 WET ( blue for wet)
Different plants have different requirements for soil moisture, such as Orchids, Begonias etc suitable for WET soil, , camellia, Violas and most plants best for NOR moist, Cactus suitable for DRY etc.
How to Use
Step 1: Clean the probe before use
: Stick the probe into the soil about 2-4 inches
Step 3: After several minutes, Note moisture level in the dial
Step 4: Remove probe from soil and wipe clean after each use
Tips and note:
1. Use before dry cloth to wipe the probes, keep clean and dry to use.
2. Avoid to touch the stone, hard objects since it will be easy to damage the long probe.
3. Avoid to put in the soil moisture meter into water for testing, in may damage probe.
4. Avoid to leave the moisture meter in the soil for a long time.
5. Avoid to touch fire.
6. Keep from children.
7. Remove probe from soil and wipe clean after each use.
