MATERIAL: Velvet and taffeta

MEASUREMENTS:

Bust- 31”

Waist: 25”

Hips- I would say free, but I also measured where the black velour material meets the plaid material I(I don’t believe that’s the hip) but thought it would give you a measurement - 37.25”

Sleeve length- 25”

Length - (measured from the top of the shoulder to the hemline) 56”

It is a beautiful dress in great condition.
