This version of the Operators Bell was produced around 1925. A version of the Liberty Bell, it was designed by Charles Fey for Mills Novelty Company around 1910.

It is a three reel mechanic slot machine. Its neck coin entry fit the machine better and it had the innovative fruit symbols on each of the three wheels. There were around 30,000 variations of the Operator Bell produced at this time - 5, 10, and 25 cent. One of its most popular features is the solid nickel front with the beautifully detailed owl and arrow Art Deco illustrations. It features a front panel that lists the winning combinations and its tell-tale gooseneck is emblazoned with the 5 cent mark.
