Sanrio Hello Kitty gotochi and she is wearing her Okinawan outfit and playing a sanshin.    Released in 2004.  Info tag is still attached, but part of the UPC code has been torn off.    Not much else I can tell you as I can't read Japanese so please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.  Please check out my other auctions for more gotochi that I have for sale.
