17 paper color variety, supposed to be Lilac Blue, but the 2nd stamp in the lot is gray/azure
the 2nd 15c is an unlisted misspelling of RLUNION, It does not look like a broken E because of the larger and rounded serif on top of the L

You can determine size of item by counting squares, each small square=1/8in/3mm.
