Product Description
High performance aluminium cylinder kit from Airsal with 49.2cc displacement and hard-coated cylinder liner suitable for scooters fitted with the Peugeot vertical air cooled 2-stroke 50cc engine. Compared with cylinders made of cast iron, the aluminium cylinder has significantly better heat dissipation meaning they are less susceptible to wear and piston seizure due to over-heating. The Airsal Sport continues its power very early on and has a good increased torque curve all he way through the rev range. Carburettor needs to be up-jetted or a larger carburettor should be used if fitted in place of the original Peugeot cylinder. Supplied as per image.
