Product Description
A high quality performance exhaust system suitable for scooters fitted with the Peugeot horizontal 2-stroke 50cc engine. The Tecnigas Next-R is a well-proven and all-round exhaust for 50cc or 70cc sport cylinders and offers a significant performance boost compared to the original Peugeot exhaust system without being excessively loud. In terms of performance, the Next-R system is an improvement over the Leovince TT system and, with the correct tuning, can reach over 9bhp. Please note this exhaust is E-Marked and is therefore fitted with a restrictor washer in the down-pipe. The restrictor washer can be easily removed to increase performance, but if you do remove the washer then you may also need to make adjustments to the jetting in the carburettor and rollers weights in your variator in order to tune the engine properly and achieve optimum performance. This Tecnigas Next-R system is supplied with a black anodized aluminium silencer, complete expansion chamber, exhaust gasket and fitment kit for frame mounting. *Please note that due to the brushed aluminium finish of the exhaust it will need to be painted with protective paint or lacquer to prevent corrosion over time.
