This is a Vintage, though of No great age, possibly Early Eighties 3 Bulb Carved Wooden Chandelier or Ceiling Light. With the Energy Saving Bulbs we all use Today you can use Bulbs that have the Equivalent of old bulbs Way Stronger than the Old 60w bulbs if that is your Preference. You can use with Naked bulbs or shades of your choice, There are Clips for This Purpose Attached.  it is in Excellent and Clean Condition. All Electric Fittings are in Excellent Order.
