The elegance of bygone times, a uniquely shaped and beautiful large solid silver bakery / patisserie basket, decorated with wonderful ornate pierced work around the gallery, the multi sided basket with curved lines, speaks of the highest level of craftsmanship and aesthetic sensitivity.

A fine quality and very substantial piece weighing 433 grams. a beautiful basket used for the display or service of bread or pastry products, on the dining table or pass around, a unique and beautiful piece to compliment any table decoration.

Very good Condition, No dents or dints, has some scratches to the underside of the base which has contact to the surface area, all marks commensurate with age and uses or breakages,

Pierced Gallery is perfect, no twist or breakages, baskets sits true and without any wobbles,

Beautiful piece thats 70 years old, very stylish and fine quality that displays wonderfully.
