IH cooks rice with high heat
Induction heating (IH) refers to electromagnetic induction heating. When an electric current flows through an IH coil, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. The generated magnetic field causes an eddy current to flow in the inner pot, and the inner pot itself generates heat due to its electrical resistance. Since the inner pot itself generates heat, thermal efficiency is high and the entire inner pot is heated evenly, so there is no unevenness in the cooking and the rice cooks up deliciously with strong heat.
Kurokomaru Thick Kettle
The 1.7mm-thick Kuro-Maru-Thick inner cooking pot evenly distributes heat throughout the entire inner cooking pot. The round bottom of the kettle allows for easy convection of rice.
