Used parts will usually have marks and dirt on them. The item may need cleaning once you receive it. We do not clean items as the dirt actually protects the item better whilst in storage
We try to take a few photos of the item so that you can assess the condition of the item for yourself. It also allows you to identify the item so that you can double check it is the correct part before buying.
Postage
We try our best to dispatch orders placed (paid for) before 2pm the same working day this doesn?t always happen but where possible we will. Orders after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Signed for in general for items that are small and weigh less than 2kg. If your item weighs more than 2kg or is very large then in general it will sent via Royal Mail?s Parcel Force 48. Please note that Parcel Force collect in the morning about 8am Mon ? Fri only so if you place an order at 8.30am on Friday it won?t be collected until Monday morning as they do not work the weekend.
If your item has a tracking number then once dispatched it can be found under the ?order details page? relating to the item in ?my ebay?.
Combining postage for multiple items
If you are thinking of buying more than one item then please contact us first as we will do our best to save you as much money as we can on postage. We can normally do this by issuing a revised invoice before you pay for the multiple items.
International buyers and shipping
We use the ebay global shipping program to send our items worldwide. Sometimes a listing may say that we do not ship to your country, if this is the case please message us so that we can check to if this is really the case or if there is an alternative way of sending the item.
The ebay global shipping program means that when you buy an item from us you pay us for the item and you pay ebay?s global shipping program the shipping fees. We cannot give discounts on global shipping as we have nothing to do with this. All we do is get you item to the ebay global shipping program hub in the UK and then they take care of the rest.
If you are thinking of buying multiple items as an international buyer then please message us first as we may be able to save you money by making up a new listing containing all the items you intend to purchase. This may result in only one parcel being shipped and may result in significant savings on shipping. It?s worth asking.

Returns
Please check our returns policy at the bottom of the listing. If your item qualifies for return then we only refund the item price and not the postage. Please complete the ebay returns request found in your ?my ebay?. We will then respond with a message that says we will give a partial refund back for the item only and not the postage. Once you have sent us back a message agreeing to this we will accept the return and you can send the item back within the defined period for the item price refund.
