It’s listed as new because it’s not used it’s left over that wasn’t used. Sew on, glue on, or staple on. Old stock. The glue backing not so sticky but the Velcro on all of it is perfect 👍 about 20 and 30 or more feet on each roll. Quality stuff. Comes with heavy duty nylon hardware bag. Questions welcomed
