I always loved dressing people. If someone wore something I had chosen for them and felt good, I was the happiest. That is probably why I decided to stop my 25 year career in finance and study fashion design. I am a designer / business consultant now, feeling totally blessed for having more focus, time and access to expand my collection.
I’ve been collecting luxury designer items, vintage pieces and antique jewelry ever since I can remember, in New York, London and Istanbul. With the recent increase in appreciation for second hand fashion, I am feeling more and more enthusiastic to share my finds, not only because of their greatness in so many ways but also because I think we can individually contribute to the effort against climate change if we can wear second hand or vintage items more. Doing so keeps quality items in circulation, and reduces the multifaceted, inevitably poisonous Build-Use-Toss Economy du jour. Except for a few fabric technologies, fashion has completed its evolution anyway so most of the “new” we see now had been made before - probably with more care and attention. Wouldn't you agree?

ITEM SPECIFICATIONs
I try to include all details in the photos and in the “About This Item” part of the listing. If you need more, just let me know.
Measurements noted in photos / provided in item specs are in centimeters (cm) unless it is specifically stated to be in inches. 1 inch = 2.54 cm
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Most of my items are in Nisantasi, Istanbul where I reside 80% of the time now, rest is in Brooklyn, NY, where my sister lives. Please check item location before you purchase & pay as delivery times depend on it.
SHIPPING
Items in Istanbul are shipped via Turkish Post Office (PTT), a member of UPU (Universal Postal Union) for worldwide delivery.
I ship to all countries except the ones where I cannot track local delivery (where local post office doesn’t feed updates to UPU).
PTT sends items out of Turkey in 2 to 4 days. Total delivery time depends on the receiving country’s custom clearing and post office processing times.
As per PTT rules, all international shipments are sent tracked and require sign-off at delivery, regardless of the value of the shipped item.
I do not use DHL, UPS, FedEx as they are ridiculously expensive for non-corporate senders like me in Turkey. If you prefer any of these for a faster delivery let me get a quote before you pay.
PTT is closed on weekends so I only ship on weekdays.
Items in Brooklyn are shipped via USPS and we ship on Saturdays too.
CUSTOMS
I have to state value and content on a PTT sticker and put it on the package.
As per eBay Policies all custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listing price.
RETURNS
Frankly - and statistically speaking - I don't have return requests so as a standard listing practice, I state “no returns”. Complications for such international transactions, especially on customs end, are other reasons for doing so.
I try my best to list with as much detail as possible and control the item thoroughly for any defect or damage that might have occurred during stocking. I pack every item myself, using packing material of established retailers I buy from and keep.
Nevertheless, if you have any issues with your purchase let me know and we sure will find a solution.
FEEDBACK
Feedback left by buyers is super important for sellers as it affects our performance rating, thus seller fees.
eBay has many standards, policies and complex criteria for seller performance. Listing an item is not a picnic either, so many details are required. Negative feedback scars a seller for at least 12 months and is nearly impossible to take down. So I am kindly asking all buyers, for myself and on behalf of my fellow sellers here, to contact the seller before leaving a negative feedback. We are human after all, we all can make mistakes.
I receive so many “thank you - loved it” messages from my buyers but unless a buyer gives feedback using the “leave feedback” button on the item, it does not count on my seller score. My score sadly shows a mere 30% of all I had sold here cause only 30% of my buyers left feedback.
