Terms of service
Payment: Payment is due via PayPal within 4 days.
Damages and Returns: Any damages must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund. If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued once we have the item back in the same condition in which we originally shipped it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping information for U.S. customers: We work hard to offer the lowest possible shipping price to our customers. We ship within three business days (i.e. weekdays, not on weekends or holidays) after payment has cleared.
Shipping information for international customers: We now ship all international orders via eBay’s Global Shipping program.
