ARISAEMA candidissimum Flowering Size Tuber x 1

Very large 3 lobed leaves are produced in spring 40-50cm. Followed by gorgeous white and pink hooded flower spathe, which has an attractive scent. Often considered the prettiest flower of any Arisaema.

Grows best in moist well drained soil in part shade to full sun. Hardy to -10c. Ideal as an underplanting in exotic style gardens. Arisaema can be grown in containers but may need winter protection in cold areas. They are herbaceous perennials a d will die back to the tuber in autumn.

About us

We hold national collections of Clivia, Amarine, Agapanthus and Tulbaghia and have large collections of many other Plants. We are a small family run business with our nursery situated at the foot of the Pennines in South Yorkshire, where we have been for over 35 years.

For many years we have been displaying our collections and are Gold Medal winners at all the large RHS shows, including Chelsea and Hampton Court.
