For your consideration is this lovely boudoir lamp produced in Japan between 1945 and 1952. The lamp is adorned with two Rococo period styled courting couple looking as if they are on their way to Marie Antoinette's country home, The Hameau de la Reine. The lamp measures 4 inches long x 2.4 inches wide x 9.8 inches tall. The cord measures 4 feet long easily allowing for it to sit on your boudoir's dresser or vanity. This is a perfect accoutrement for boudoir photo shoot with a Marie Antoinette country theme. The bottom is stamped "made in Occupied Japan" in red. The cord is in remarkable condition and appears to be the original. The lamp does work properly with a push to the switch
