All items are shipped same day up to 12noon or within 1 working day if purchased after 12. Items will only be shipped once funds are cleared unless we have arranged a purchase order. We can accept the following payment types:

The rate table below only applies to items shipped with our courier as there is no extra charge with royal mail items. Where items fall into Area 2 or Area 3,the surcharge will be automatically applied during checkout. These surcharges do NOT apply to items listed as Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard.

We use UKMail as well as some Royal Mail Services. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure somebody is available to accept the delivery, or to contact the courier if a card is left (A card may not always be left). Any parcel returned to us as undelivered, either due to lack of response, or customer refusal will require an additional postage charge for re-delivery. The courier will attempt 2 deliveries the third will be charged and will require payment prior to delivery. Royal mail deliveries may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. We will accept no bad feedback in relation to slow delivery outside of this time scale. Every buyer has the option of upgrading to 24-Hr shipping on request (subject to charge)

Item has been damaged in Transit: Only open a return if there is genuine damaged as charges will apply if this is falsely used*

Although very rare due to our packing process some issues may occur. If the box is visibly damaged it's very important you sign for the parcel as damaged. You will be required to send images to us showing any damage to your item. Please notify us through eBay.

You have changed your Mind:

Please notify us of this immediately. Although postage is listed as free there is a cost to us for sending items out. We therefore prefer to cancel the item before we ship. If the item is unwanted after this point charges* will apply. In this case the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the items safe transit back to us. Please use the supplied returns label on all items or request an RMA from us before sending. Items received without this info can't be processed. Items that are sealed i.e. Hard Drives, RAM and Processors should be returned still sealed. If the package has been opened we may refuse a refund. Items that are sent with anti-static bags need to be returned inside them. We can't accept the return of static sensitive items if they are not inside an anti static bag.


(*) Charges:

  • Unwanted Laptops/PC’s will have a chargeable return of £40 for the reinstallation of software. (This includes falsey opened returns) - If there is further issue with the item once it is back with us they will be charged as below: 

  • Unwanted items will be charged due to us having to retest the item (The charge will depend on the value of the item) This Included any falsely opened returns.

  • If a return is opened as damaged/faulty/does not match description incorrectly, this will be chargeable depending on the original price of the item. (This is due to the item having to be wiped/reinstalled with its relevant operating system & driver software).

  • An item that arrives back with us damaged will be charged depending on the value of the item.  

  • Any added extras (Office, Wifi Dongles, Upgrades, Ect…) are non refundable. 

  • If an item comes back and it has been tampered with (re-install of windows/warranty sticker(s) have been broken or removed) this will be chargeable depending on the price of the item.
