Installing Mac OS in Poland / EU is legal. Pursuant to Art. 74 section 4, copyrights include the right to "permanently or temporarily reproduce a computer program in whole or in part by any means and in any form; to the extent that its reproduction is necessary for the introduction, display, use, transmission and storage of a computer program. Moreover, in accordance with Art. 75 section 2 "does not require the authorization of an authorized person [...] to observe, examine and test the functioning of a computer program in order to learn its ideas and principles by a person authorized under a contract to use a copy of a computer program, if, being authorized to perform these activities, he or she does so while entering and displaying , use, transmission or storage of a computer program.”
In other words, if we have an original (legal) copy of Mac OS, we can install it on whatever we want and when we want, regardless of the content of the US license (which is legally valid there and coincides with their law - not in Poland). We have legal copies of the system downloaded from the Apple Mac Store on original Mac computers. We also do not make a profit from installing Mac OS - we help with the installation free of charge.
