THEY ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL BUT MAY BE MISSIG THE PLASTIC END CAPS WHICH ARE COSMETIC ONLY AND THE CABLE UNDER ARM TRAY, BOTH ARE NOT NEEDED TO USE THE ARM . They will come with 4x screws.

STILL FULLY WORKING AND I THINK THEY STILL LOOK REALLY NICE BUT THEY ARE GRADE C.

Have been stored in boxes in an outside garage so expect a couple rub marks on them etc.
