Gourmet Sri Lankan Bourbon Vanilla Beans from the 2022 crop from our own estates. The length of the grade A beans is over 6 inches to 9 inches (approximately over 15-20 cm) with an average moisture content of 25%, meaning these beans are soft, pliable, and filled with millions of tiny vanilla seeds.
Our vanilla beans are carefully hand picked by highly skilled workers. Sun dried and cured naturally to allow vanilla to retain its natural flavor and aroma with a high vanillin level.

How to use vanilla beans?
Cut each end of the vanilla bean and slice through the vanilla bean lengthwise. Remove the paste from inside the vanilla bean and use as needed.
Please note that we use vacuum-sealed packaging for vanilla beans. Therefore, the beans will be tight with the packaging.
