The lid has further detail with triangles of the three woods laid in a circular design. The lid is finished with a turned wood knop or finial. Inside the jar is a loose lid.

In overall good condition, some separation between staved slats however the jar solid. A small loss to the knop if the internal lid. Some minor surface wear and marks, some fine age striations to the lid and knop as expected with age and use. A nice useable and tactile piece of treen.
