1971 Richard Scarry's Fun With Words Book.  This book does have some light wear and creasing of cover and pages.  There is some pen marking on the back last page and the back cover but otherwise the book is in good condition.  

Huckle Cat Finger Puppet Busytown Toy 2.5" figure.  This finger puppet does have quite a bit of wear and fading but still in good play condition.
