Allen & Heath product published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").

Returns are accepted within 30 days.  If the item included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Product must be in the original packaging as sent by us.  Refunds will be given for the purchase price, minus the initial shipping cost (even if the item included "free shipping"), plus a restock fee of 15%. Return items must be complete, with all accessories, & in "new" condition.  Personal items cannot be returned including earphones and headphones.
