We are delighted to offer our customers the opportunity to
purchase a unique mystery box directly from 19ip. We have been working hard to
bring some magic to our customers to bring some magic to you. The images shown are representative examples of the types of configuration in each box.
Each box will be priced at £30 and it will include a
selection of fantastic Funko branded products.
This box will contain a random assortment of goodies, that
have been selected from the following types of product:

Funko Pop! 10in Figure
Funko Popsies
Funko Mystery Minis
Funko Toys (Plush)
You will receive a minimum of five products in your Mystery
Box and you could receive up to seven items. These Mystery Boxes have been
produced so that as a minimum you will receive more than £50 worth of products
at their original recommended retail prices.

Our aim with all the products we sell is to delight our
customers. We promise to do our best to achieve this with our Mystery Boxes. If
you are not happy with your Mystery Box, we will offer you a full refund of the
value of the Mystery Gift Box.
Please contact us if you wish to return your mystery box
using the message function on eBay.
We will then send you the details on how to return your
Mystery Gift Box to us. Please note that the cost of returning the Mystery Gift
Box to us will be at the buyer’s expense.
Please return your Mystery Gift Box to us by Royal Mail 2nd
Class Signed For or an alternative Signed for delivery service. This is so that
you receive proof of postage, and so we sign for it upon its return. This is
important, as it covers yourself (the buyer), and us in the rare instance that
Royal Mail / or the Courier lose the Mystery Gift Box in transit to us.
Every item in your Mystery Gift Box must be returned to us
in pristine condition. All items must be unopened and unused. If an item is
returned to us damaged, or opened, we will deduct the cost of this item from
the refund amount.
