The ammonia- free hair colour nor does it contain other harsh chemicals that can irritate and damage your hair. The active plant-based ingredients and the pH of the colorant cream help to open the external cuticle layer of the hair naturally. Next, the natural colour of the hair is removed, and micro-pigments penetrate the deepest layers of the hair with the new colour. Provides colour that lasts while leaving hair healthier and revitalized. Gives intense and radiant colour. Low chemical content. 100 Percent grey coverage. No parabens, no resorcinol, no ammonia, dermatologically tested. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns
