Movies & TV, Music, Video Games :
• Brand New: An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing (if applicable). Item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable) or is sealed by the factory. May still have comestic flaws, please ask if you are a collector.
• Like New: An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. I rarely use that category.
• Very Good: An item that is used but still in very good condition. Very light wear on disc. No big deep scratches or scuff. Item is tested and plays fine. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape. No damage on the label on a loose cartridge.The video game instructions and box may not be included, unless specified in the listing.
• Good: An item in used but good condition. May have minor damage to jewel case including scuffs or cracks, or to the item cover including scuffs, scratches, cracks or torn boxes. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape. Disc may have light scratches but is tested and works well. Case may have stickers or shelfwear. Cartridge may have sticker damage or writtings on top. Label may be worn. The video game instructions and box may not be included, unless specified in the listing.
• Acceptable: An item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears or holes in VHS/DVD box. The video game instructions and box may not be included, unless specified in the listing. This category is not for collectors but perfect to play or repair/use for parts.

Returns :
I do not accept returns, except if the item is defective (if not mentioned as-is or for parts/repair in the description), highly damaged from shipping or if you pay for return shipping cost. If opened, sealed items are not returnable, as they loose 90 % of their value, so please be sure before you open a sealed item. Also I will not accept a return for small cosmetic flaws (as not matching description), except if you ask me specific questions about the item and mention you are a collector.
