This thing is exactly what I needed, I had a couple back surgeries about 8 months ago so I bought this to help me start working out again. It works great for that but it is also very comfotable so I also wear it when I'm doing yard work and fence repair. I just wish I would have bought it sooner -Chad A.
My other weight lifting belt is real leather. I have had it for years. I was worried that the big buckle would damage the gym upholstery- so I picked this one up. It works just as good as the leather one- only it is lighter, and I do not have to worry about the gym upholstery. Plus I can throw it in the washer. Great product at a great price. -Dina R.
The belt was a little thicker than I expected, but it works like a charm. I feel like i got a great deal. I use it 3 times a week - squats and deadlifts. I can see where a leather belt with holes might make it easier to get a nice tight fit, but for the price, this belt is awesome. I would buy again. -Shaun M.
