SN 787139. Lens has Minolta MD mount. 

Lens has been used, but it looks very nice. Front Glass is free of scratches. I don't see any fungus inside the glass. But glass has some haze inside, that looks like condensation.  

Focus works good. Aperture blades open and close properly. Aperture is snappy.
