LOXEAL UV 30-35 is a one-component, high-viscosity acrylic adhesive that polymerizes after exposure to UV rays. This adhesive has been designed for use in humid environments. The joint surface can be exposed to UV rays using a radiator (UV lamp) or sunlight. UV light-cured adhesives are characterized by: high strength, the ability to fill gaps, very short curing times (a few seconds to achieve manual strength), very good resistance to media, easy dosing also in automatic application systems due to the lack of the need for mixing. The curing speed of adhesives depends on the intensity and wavelength of UV light and the distance from the radiation source. UV adhesives are used wherever a "clean" joint, short setting time and high durability are required. This type of UV glue is intended for use in humid environments. Designed for gluing glass to glass or glass to metal, it is most often used for gluing bathroom scales, hinges and handles of shower doors, metal profiles, including aluminum ones, with glass, for the production of road signs, for gluing showcases, terrariums and refrigerated counters. Due to its high resistance to moisture, UV glue can now be used in many applications where such properties are necessary while maintaining high bond strength and exemplary transparency of glued joints. The product is resistant to gas, air, water, oils, alkalis and many other chemicals, as well as to impacts and vibrations. It maintains its properties in a wide range of operating temperatures.
