We ship SIM cards inactive. We can activate your own NEW, UNUSED, UNEXPIRED T-Mobile SIM card. A T-Mobile compatible SIM card will not work. Please send us the SIM card number after purchase. Also if you add a message at checkout when you are paying, please send the same message directly as well since we may not see your shopping cart message soon enough or just send it directly.

After buying, normally you will receive your order(SIM Card + 30 days of service)in 2 to 4 business days. When you have received your SIM card and are ready to use it, you need to send us an eBay message (AFTER reading the paper that the SIM card is attached to completely) and we will activate it. You will receive a confirmation message. Activation MUST be done by us (this seller) otherwise this offer will be voided so do NOT call T-Mobile to have it activated or do NOT go online to activate it by yourself. Please check these hours every time you make a purchase since they may have been changed since your previous purchase.

Please also note that the activation day does not count toward the 30 days of service.

Requests received on a Friday after 9 PM ET which is 6 PM PT, will be processed Saturday around midnight PT which is Sunday early in the morning ET.

Example: If you send us a request on a Friday at 10:30 PM ET, your SIM card will be activated on Sunday 3 AM – 4 AM ET which is 12 PM – 1 AM PT.

You may schedule your SIM card activation for a later date. You need to wait until the SIM card is delivered to you since we need its number to be able to schedule activation. Scheduled activations will be processed early in the morning of the requested date.You must send your request at least 2 days before the requested date. Next day scheduled activation requests are not accepted (they will be processed like regular requests according to the hours above).

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE ACTIVATION GUIDE THAT COMES WITH THE SIM CARD AND SEND ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION OTHERWISE WE WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOU TO GET THE INFORMATION. THIS WILL CAUSE A DELAY UP TO 24 HOURS.

PLEASE NOTE:
