This engine was a replacement engine for my 2010 ZZR1400, but it failed on install, with a loud tapping noise. (see video)

No in depth diagnosis has been done, but it is considered to be a 75% chance that this engine has a failed little end on one piston.

The engine did start and run, despite the noise, so this engine could be considered good for a relatively cheap repair or breaking for parts. 

I have conservatively totalled up the possible ebay income from breaking, which shows that the engine is worth around £1100 in parts, but I do not have the facilities to process it.
