Lost or stolen international claims can only be filed 40 days after the package has been shipped. A refund will be given once the filing is complete (may require buyers signature).

If we list a product is new, we promise that the item will be in new condition. Please do not ask for photos of the specific item, the stock photo represents the product, we often have tons of a product in stock and cannot go and constantly take photos of all 6 sides of products.
