This is a fine example from the late 1920s Gustav Braendle era of the Fahrner company.


Now one of the most sort after names in early 20th Century European costume jewellery, Theodor Fahrner's desire was to take the artistic quality of commercially made pieces to another level and to create beautifully designed and made jewellery at affordable prices.

This is a lovely Art Nouveau Theodor Fahrner sterling silver coral and enamel brooch. It is marked "TF" for Theodor Fahrner and "935" for its silver purity. It is in good vintage condition, it does have some wear, discoloration to the enamel, missing enamel. It measures approximately 2 1/8" by 1/2" and weighs approximately 6.24 grams.


Theodor Fahrner (4 August 1859 – 22 July 1919) was a trained steel engraver and jewelry designer from Pforzheim, Germany. He was known for his Art Nouveau and Jugendstil pieces, produced at affordable prices. After his death, his firm became one of the best known Art Deco designers
