All items are dispatched from our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

>Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

>Please ensure you are providing the correct address before making a purchase as this will lead to undeliverable orders or delays. 

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

>We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

We aim to dispatch all products within one and three working days after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, it will be failed.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

You are entitled to a return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Product warranty covers defects and faults. It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use. It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. 

>Please message us on eBay before opening a return request case and we will handle returns through messages. We offer 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of your order being received. This 30-day satisfaction includes dissatisfied of product, change of mind, defects or arrived not working. You have the option for a replacement or refund. For bedding products we require the product to be unused and unopened due to Australian Health and Safety Laws. We do not accept "change of mind" requests.
