PAYMENT:

Payment must be made within 7 days of Sale or an unpaid item report will be filed. However if you want to keep your account open for example to buy other items please email us . It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the payment is made correctly we will not take any action if your payment is not showing in our eBay system. We accept paypal only.

Shipping:

We post all orders within 24 working hours once the funds are cleared in our account. We use Royal Mail  for our orders. We update ebay with tracking info if item is sent via a tracked service. Usually, all orders get delivered on time. However sometimes item do go missing or get delayed in the post. if you don't get your order within 5 days let us know so we can track it for you. Lost items case cannot be filed for 15 day after the postage for UK and 30 day after the postage for international. If Item is held at your local sorting office, please arrange with royal mail for redelivery or collection. if item returned back to us we charge to resend or refund less our Direct cost. Orders will be shipped to buyer's eBay/paypal address only. Ensure your address and phone number is correct before placing your order with us. We do not process Orders for shipment during holidays

Returns:

Problem with the order inform us with-in 24 hrs, Via eBay Messaging. You order the wrong item, Not a problem, Don't open it send it back we will swap it for you. Cost adjustment may apply. Buyer pays the return postage cost. It is buyer’s responsibility to check all the details before buying. If unsure please talk to us first. Let us know by (eBay Messaging) so that we expect the item back. We are not responsible if your return item is lost in the post or we will not refund until we get our item back. Any physical damaged products will not be refunded. We will hold the item until postage is paid to send it back. if we don't hear from you within 30 days we will discard the item. If postage is not free then both postage costs (inbound and outbound) are the responsibility of the buyer we will not return postage.
