This is an antique copper box recently purchased from a local estate sale. It is from the early 1900's and the lid features an embossed peacock with his tail feathers fully spread.   The sides of the box are decorated with Asian dragon in high relief. It is very well made and quite heavy---not a cheap tin.

It measures 5 1/2" X 2" and is marked on the bottom with three marks that I have not been able to identify.
