Up for sale is a bare tailgate removed from a 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Item is uncleaned and in as found condition.  Hard to find 89-91 model with the provisions for the rear window wiper assembly (none included). Fair overall shape, perfect for a restoration, or if yours is very damaged, completely rotted, or missing. There are a few areas of rust mainly around access panel from water leaking in, but it is still pretty solid (for my Midwest region at least).  Factory dark blue paint is well faded and decal is totally sun bleached.  Same with fake trim, that is loose in spots.   There are a couple broken hinge bolts that will need to be removed, and the side latches are very stiff/frozen and would need some work to get those operational again. In my opinion this would be best for a media blast or dip to fully remove rust, rather than a quick scuff and spray, but you may be able to do that just fine as well.  Please review all photos as they are part of the description.  Part numbers found: None Many FSJ parts have similar fitments from 1963 through the last year of the body style in 1991, but please check your interchange for compatibility as I do not guarantee any fitments, including the eBay year/model fitment guide.
