Old vintage possibly antique .

I bought this over 20 years ago in a little antique type store , but I do not know if it is definitely antique.

It has lovely deep drawers and someone has lightly numbered under the boxes and on their correct spaces, as each drawer only fits comfortably in it’s correct hole(hope that makes sense 🙂) . One of them is still a little tight even in the right hole.

This is a beautiful, heavy, solid wooden item , but I’m not sure what the wood is.

It has been used( and loved ) so it will have some signs of wear and tear including a very light ring mark at the top, and the inside of drawers may have some general signs of wear and a few marks ( think there might be an odd very small glue like lump in places( was used as a general ladies storage item , so stored make up, jewellery , nail varnishes etc)

Can attempt to take and send more photos of inside the drawers if you wish.

The last photos show something similar being sold online. A few I’ve seen that look most like this tend to be within the late £200 to late £300 price range , but not finding much out there with ring pull handles and Indian origin so possibly rare.
