1780 THALER MARIA THERESA.833 SILVER RESTRIKEUNCIRCULATED CONDITION Offering this 1780 Austrian Thaler coin which features the likeness of Maria Theresa and is made of .833 silver. Picked this up at an estate sale, in the plastic holder as seen. The coin is uncirculated and ungraded, making it a unique piece for collectors. It was manufactured in Austria and is a proof-like restrike. This rare coin is a great addition to any collection. Weight on my scale, (sorry, no decimals smaller,) reads 28 grams as seen. I measured by caliper and the coin is aproximately 41 mm in diameter. Diameter varies slightly depending on where it is measured, not completely round. Please look at all the pictures. Sold as is.
