This hub is threaded on both sides in order to be able to have two fixed sprockets at the same time, being able to switch the ratio by switching the sides of the wheel.

This hub has 36 holes, is in good condition and comes with two sprockets of 19 and 20 teeth, but only with one lockring. 

The 20 tooth sprocket is in very good condition while the 19 tooth is rather used.

Hub spacing is 110mm and will fit older 1960s or 1950s track bikes such as Frejus.
