I will combine shipping on multiple items won or by using buy it now on the same day if the shipping is not already free. Please request an invoice for multiple sets won.

In this shop you will find many treasures! Most of the items are brand new, sealed in the original packaging. Some are slightly used toys from my son, to some of my own. You will see various comics, cards, collectibles, action figures, lego, mega bloks, mega construx, and other fun items along the way and many will be added on a regular basis.

These lego sets were all from our personal collection. All sets have been built, happily played with and enjoyed, and disassembled. When we took the sets apart, we used a printout of the inventory to account for all items. Anything that was missing was filled from our collection of extra parts OR, I purchased missing items from brickowl.com to complete the set. IF any items are missing they will be marked on a color copy of the inventory page.

All parts are genuine Lego. This will not be an argument or reason for returns. Will you occasionally snag a mega blok? I hope not. Did I miss anything? I hope not. I am a human though! Please contact me directly for any missing parts and I will hopefully have extras to ship out. Some decals will be missing on certain sets. I will attempt to point out anything pertinent missing in the decal area.

Please see conditions of Lego boxes and instructions if applicable. Several boxes have tape damage, shelf wear, bends, etc. they are not in collectors shape.

All of Lego these sets were at least partial sets. None of these are pure rebuilds. I snagged a lot of Lego that had incomplete sets that I happily completed, enjoyed, and passed along to you.

If I miss a Lego part and you do not need a replacement, I will refund a portion of the sale of the set.

The pertinent data:

Comics: All comics were purchased personally at shops, monthly mail, or comic shows, and were bagged and boarded that day. They may or may not have been read. No comics are considered high grades I would imagine. Comics will be mailed in-between cardboard in bubble mailers.

Cards are pack fresh: Definitive defects will be noted. Some card stock were more susceptible to defect over the years. Most card sets will ship in sheets, also in some sort of binder. I chose to leave them in sheets to avoid touching them even more. Cards almost always ship in bubble mailers unless they need to be in a box.

Toys/collectibles:

All NEW toys are in original boxes and hopefully have as few blemishes as possible; but I will note any large dents/yellowing/sticker marks, etc. Please expect minor defects, scuffs, shelf-wear as all items were purchased in various stores, conventions, etc. Even the direct shipments from Hasbro, Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, Walmart, and Target have arrived with dents and blemishes upon my purchases. I will do my best to point out anything I can notice.

All items come from a smoke free home.

Returns for new, in-box items will ONLY be accepted if the item is still in the original sealed box upon return. Opened toys/card packs/collectibles will not be returnable. Returns will be accepted within two weeks of receiving items, however the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
