Set of Original Antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement fireplace tiles in raised relief depicting peonies and wild roses. Six full tiles, each tile 15.5 cm (6 inches) square and eight half tile spacers (6ins x 3ins) giving an overall size of 6ins (15.5cm) wide x 30ins (76cm) tall. 

The faces are in good condition but as often seen on tiles of this age, there are slight nibbles at the edges and corners of some of the tiles (these are normally hidden when set into the cast iron fireplace frames). Condition is commensurate with age and previous use (please see photographs).

The colours are very bright with little low level crazing. An interesting set of colourful tiles.
