For sale is a brand new unopened unused AUTHENTIC Cleopatra LED Light Therapy Mask.

It comes with the mask, silicone eye protectors, usb-c charging cable, instruction manual and soft zippered carrying case.

PLEASE NOTE- sometimes it can be difficult for users to find the location of the on/off touch button that is located in the middle of the forehead. Try pushing with multiple fingers, your whole palm, at different locations with different amounts of pressure, etc. Once you've found that sweet spot it becomes much easier to operate thereafter! Also, be sure that it is fully charged and that the toggle switch is in the correct position! If you still have issues, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist!

NOTE: It oftentimes difficult for users figure out how to get the mask turned on the first time. This has resulted in a LOT of "item not as described" returns claiming that the product is faulty, when in reality the mask functions perfectly fine; just a case of operator error. If you have an issue turning on the mask or think your mask is faulty, please contact me PRIOR to starting a return so I can help walk you through operating the unit.

Returns must be in the same condition and packaging as originally shipped, with the buyer paying shipping cost both directions.
