NIB. This signed Kosta Boda abstract, crystal votive / tea light holder is brand new in its original box and unused (the included candle hasn't been lit). The foil sticker is still attached. This is a sought after piece/design from the famed Scandinavian glass works designer & company. This is a beautiful piece in its own right and would be lovely for your holiday table. And, of course, it would be an excellent addition to a collection of decorative crystal art glass pieces or Scandinavian glass working as the quality of the crystal and its elaborate, abstract design are excellent representatives of both. Condition is brand new. If you look at the photos of the box you can see clear signs of wear from storage. The foil sticker is still attached and unfaded. The included tea light is unused. As always, please look at the photos to judge the condition and make the final determination for yourself as you may have different or more exacting requirements than I do. I do my best to document the piece completely, but I am always happy to provide additional photos or answers questions before your purchase.

All the glass items are carefully boxed and packaged to avoid breakage. If you look at prior feedback you will see prior customers attest to our packing. Shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless Priority requested.

GENERAL POLICIES

Even the best kept vintage and antique items generally show some wear due to age or use and may have small imperfections. I will always note any major flaws (and minor flaws noticeable). My photos are an important part of my description (you always get the exact item shown!), so please look carefully, and ask questions before purchasing.

Items marked by me as gold have been tested even if hallmarked (generally not acid tested to preserve the piece).
Smoke and fragrance free home without pets. However, I do not know an item’s history or previous storage, so while I will do my best to list any strong, lingering fragrances for those who are sensitive, etc., I cannot promise all details. As always, ask ask ask, and I will provide you with as much information as possible.
Background boxes or displays are not included (unless otherwise specified). Please get in touch if you need packaging, and I may be able to help.

If I make a mistake in my listing, I will always approve a return with a full refund (and offer you a solution if possible). Mistakes happen to the best of us, but my mistake is still my fault and, therefore, it is my (not your) responsibility to correct that mistake.
Otherwise, I do not allow returns on jewelry items as, unfortunately, scams are frequent.

BEST OFFERS: If an item allows for Best Offers, I consider all reasonable offers and will accept or come back with a counterbid. eBay allows four chances to submit offers, so you may continue to “haggle” :) in the hopes we can come to a reasonable compromise! But do remember the items remain active and may be purchased by someone else during that time.
AUCTIONS: Anyone can bid, but bid only the amount you are comfortable with paying if you win. Entering a bid is essentially a contract with the seller and eBay.
AUCTIONS WITH “BUY NOW” OPTIONS: Before any bids are placed, you may have the option of buying right away. This will end the auction and the item will not be active for purchase by anyone else. Per eBay policies, once bidding begins the options disappears: this is to make it fair for everyone. Also per their policies, the Buy Now price much be placed at 30% or more than the starting price, so that price is non-negotiable.
PAYMENT FOR THE WINNING BID: This is due within 72 hours (sooner is always appreciated so I can ship your item quickly). I may be able to temporarily hold the item, but you must message me; otherwise, eBay automatically begins a non-payment case after the 72 hours.

I combine postage if possible, but you must request an invoice BEFORE paying.
It may take up to two business days for shipping. I can generally provide expedited shipping if requested.
If under $100.00, I will ship USPS 1^st class (you may choose to purchase priority). If the item is over $100, I will upgrade your package to USPS priority for free. This means it will be trackable and insured for up to $100 in the case of damaged or lost packages. If you would like additional insurance (up to the price of an item) contact me, and I can add that to the item’s shipping options for you.
International customers: I ship only through eBay’s international shipping program which includes the benefits of insured and trackable packages. You are responsible for all duties and import taxes; full policies may be found on the site.
